President
An engineering and consulting firm specializing in structures using timber, concrete, steel and aluminum, SCI Globale Inc. was founded in 2003 by Enrique Gabriel Juncos D.E.S.S ing, a civil engineer with experience in a large array of both national and international projects. In the course of a career that has taken him from Argentina to Canada, M. Juncos has shown a keen interest in both literal and figurative bridge-building, as well as the effects of technological development on residential, commercial and institutional projects.
If you’ve ever driven through Laval, you’ve probably witnessed Mr. Juncos’s rich legacy – in the course of 8 years as a structural engineer and coordinator for the City of Laval, he handled notable projects such as the new Val-des-Brises interchange on highway 440, building experience in administrative and technical procedures of all kinds. Having graduated with a Master’s degree from a Canadian university and received extensive training in structural inspection, design and reinforcement, he’s worked at some of the largest consulting engineering companies both in Quebec and internationally, leading him to develop a creative approach to problem-solving.
